O'Leary Group is a design-build construction company that provides comprehensive facility planning design and construction services for corporate clients. We assume single-source responsibility for project implementation. This includes:

• program planning
• site selection, site engineering, stormwater management
• architectural design and engineering
• management of the public approval process
• on-site construction and supervision
• integration of the clients' process and equipment into a new facility

Our projects are always completed on time.

O'Leary Group is the most experienced Design-Build commercial contractor in Western Massachusetts. Since it's founding in 1955, O'Leary has completed over 2000 projects.  O'Leary Group values it's relationships with Butler Manufacturing Company.

Because the needs of its clients are unique and varied, O'Leary Group is flexible in the services it provides. For several projects, we have joined with Butler Real Estate and local developers to provide extremely attractive sale-leaseback arrangements. The O'Leary Group is adept at any type of construction-from building entirely new plants to renovation, expansion, or repair of existing facilities.

Because the needs of its clients are complex, O'Leary Group maintains a high level of technical expertise. O'Leary has full in-house construction and project management capabilities. As required, we bring independent civil engineers, environmental engineers, and architects to the project team. For technical trades such as mechanical and electrical service, O'Leary has developed an ongoing partnership with the finest technical contractors in the area and has made them part of its professional design/build team. This partnership has become particularly adept at "fast tracking" our construction projects.
