What types of projects does the O'Leary Group build?
We build office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses, medical faciities, retail, aviation, sports facilities, self-storage units, and any other building that can benefit from design build construction.  We perform repair services and re-roof solutions for pre-engineered metal buildings.

What geographic areas do you work in?
We have primarily built in Massachusetts but through our sister company, we can now build in Connecticut and Rhode Island and Eastern New York

Do you build for cities and towns?
Yes! 

What elements of a project do you subcontract?
We pride ourselves on being a "turn-key" builder. We provide a comprehensive set of pre-construction services that includes site selection, project permitting, design, and engineering. When construction gets underway, our employees handle site work, concrete work, and the building erection. The electrical work, HVAC, drywall, ceilings, painting, and landscaping are done by subcontractors. By doing so much of the project with our own people, we control the schedule and we control the quality.
