A national broker was hired by School Specialty to locate a site and a developer for a 168,000 SF distribution facility to be built to lease in Western Mass. O'Leary in partnership with Butler Real Estate developed a build to suit lease proposal based upon their site, budget and needs. The project started out as a lease but School Specialty decided to exercise their option to buy at move in.
