Kessinger Hunter, a Kansas City, MO based developer, wanted to site a manufacturing facility for Simmons USA, a leading bedding manufacturer that needed a Western Mass location. O'Leary Group developed a design build proposal to construct a 120,000 SF facility for Kessinger Hunter to lease back to Simmons. The project was completed in less than six months and provides substantial expansion in the future.
