Commercial Build to Suit
O'Leary Group and Development Associates joined forces to complete a very complex project on an abbreviated construction schedule.
The 68,000 SF facility includes engineering offices, a spectacular showroom area, laboratory and testing facilities, and a 45 foot wide bay that extends the length of the building to house a 15 ton crane. The project was the first to be built in the Chicopee River Business Park.
