R&E Systems contacted O'Leary to assist them in designing and building their first office building. O'Leary suggested a wooded site in the Agawam Regional Industrial Park. The owners wanted a high tech looking building with lots of glass for natural lighting and views of the wooded landscape. The completed building has a generous open floor plan with lots of private offices, conference rooms, employee break room and a small warehouse plus room to expand by additional 10,000 SF in the future.
