Erwin Junker, a German owned machine distributor needed a new facility to expand their operations in the United States. O'Leary designed a combined office and warehouse/assembly building that was constructed in the Westover Central Industrial Park in Chicopee, Ma. The facility has 4,000 SF of office with employee break areas, an executive conference room and a large open office with a custom wall cabinet storage system. The 12,700 SF warehouse/assembly area has separate training and display areas for their products.
