Deerfield Urethane,Inc., a subsidiary of international giant Bayer,GmBh and a past client of O'Leary Group had outgrown it's existing facility in South Deerfield, Ma. and was considering a move to South Carolina. O'Leary was contacted to locate a site in the area.

O'Leary Group contacted the neighboring Town of Whately suggesting that they create their own industrial park to keep Deerfield Urethane in the area. O'Leary Group assisted the town in the creation of their industrial park and constructed the facility for Deerfield Urethane in just six months.
