Quill Corporation, a national distributor of office supply products needed to expand their overnight distribution capabilities in the northeast. Their broker contacted O'Leary to provide a design build lease proposal to construct their new facility in the Agawam Regional Industrial Park. O'Leary designed a new state of the art facility based upon their site budget and extensive racking needs. Construction was started in the middle of August and was ready for their rack installation by January 30th for a total construction time of just five months. Even though the project started out as a lease project through Butler Real Estate, Quill Corporation decided to design build the project with The O'Leary Group.
