W. F. Young is best known for its Absorbine line of products. The company's growth strategy called for it to modernize its facilities and move toward e-commerce and a marketing oriented rather than a manufacturing oriented business. O'Leary Group worked closedly with company personnel to design a facility that was comfortable, efficient, and cost effective. W. F. Young's headquarters consists of 11,500 square feet of high quality office space and an additional 1,500 square feet devoted to quality control labs and the storage of product samples.
