Quill Corporation, a national distributor of office supply products needed to expand their overnight distribution capabilities in the northeast.

This carefully-planned Coca-Cola bottling complex includes space for offices, bottling operations, warehousing, distribution and maintenance of fleet vehicles in two separate buildings.

Deerfield Urethane,Inc., a subsidiary of international giant Bayer,GmBh and a past client of O'Leary Group had outgrown it's existing facility in South Deerfield, Ma. and was considering a move to South Carolina. O'Leary was contacted to locate a site in the area.

This local Ludlow, Ma. company needed to move from their rented mill building in order to expand their business.

Erwin Junker, a German owned machine distributor needed a new facility to expand their operations in the United States.

R&E Systems contacted O'Leary to assist them in designing and building their first office building.

Bridgeport's fully air-conditioned manufacturing facility was constructed within extremely tight time constraints. The building includes a separate area with humidity and dust controls for binding operations. The building has a total of 55,000 square feet of space devoted to office, manufacturing, and shipping.

Kessinger Hunter, a Kansas City, MO based developer, wanted to site a manufacturing facility for Simmons USA, a leading bedding manufacturer that needed a Western Mass location.

A national broker was hired by School Specialty to locate a site and a developer for a 168,000 SF distribution facility to be built to lease in Western Mass.

This Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealership was designed by O'Leary Group with 12,250 SF for showroom, office, and retail area. The remaining 8,750 SF is finished as a repair shop.

An ongoing relationship with O'Leary for planning, design and construction services has helped Hampshire College build quickly and economically a campus environment which is unique and contemporary.

TV-22, the local NBC affiliate and one the first UHF stations in the country, has made a smooth transition from its 45 year old mountain top quarters. Its 46,000 square foot facility includes sales and administrative offices, production areas, studios, and even indoor parking for boom trucks.

Initial project required the design and construction of a 78,000 SF manufacturing building for a Wisconsin company looking to locate in Western Mass. The facility was expanded two years later to 138,000 SF. Working with Development Associates, a local developer, O'Leary Group provided complete design build services in order to fast track the project to meet Dunsirn Industries tight schedule.

Ginsburg's move to Western Massachusetts required a contractor willing to provide a "turn key" project and to protect the identity of the eventual occupant. O'Leary Group acquired the 10 acre site, designed and engineered the facility, moved the project through permitting, and delivered the completed building on a compressed time schedule. The 100,000 square foot, state of the art distribution facility was accepting inventory less than six months after ground-breaking.

O'Leary Group and Development Associates joined forces to complete a very complex project on an abbreviated construction schedule.
