The facility was expanded two years later to 138,000 SF. Working with Development Associates, a local developer, O'Leary Group provided complete design build services in order to fast track the project to meet Dunsirn Industries tight schedule.

Ginsburg's move to Western Massachusetts required a contractor willing to provide a "turn key" project and to protect the identity of the eventual occupant. O'Leary Group acquired the 10 acre site, designed and engineered the facility, moved the project through permitting, and delivered the completed building on a compressed time schedule. The 100,000 square foot, state of the art distribution facility was accepting inventory less than six months after ground-breaking.
