General Construction

Working as the general contractor we are responsible for the means and methods to be used in the construction execution your project. The contract includes the budget, general, special conditions, plans and the architects specifications.  Under this method, we as general contractor are responsible for all the supplying of labor, material and equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project.


O'Leary Group's experience with this method of building dovetails well with our style as a Design-Builder because our experience with design teams (architects, engineers, other experts). We capably minimize any disagreements over style vs. function to make the process seamless.
